  • What are the lead times?
    Lead times vary depending on your chosen roaster, for current lead times drop us an email at info@morningstarroasters.co.uk
  • Who is responsible for installation?
    Each machine will have its own installation requirements that it will be your responsibility to do. We will always be happy to offer any guidance and advice should you need it.
  • What are the payment options available?
    We accept payments via credit/ debit card, apple pay and BACS. We prefer BACS payments, if you want to pay via BACS get in touch and we can offer you a slight discount in price! Each product page has a link you can visit for more information on arranging your own finance.
  • What guarantees are available?
    Each machine will come with its own warranty supplied by the roasting manufacturer. For more information visit our warranty policy here.
  • Does Morningstar Roasters sell gas powered roasters?
    No, we believe in supplying electric roasters and those involving use of the greenest technology available.
  • What are your delivery and shipping conditions?
    Delivery and shipping vary depending on your chosen roaster, we will send you delivery information upon receipt of your payment. You can also view our shipping policy here.
  • What ventilation systems do I need in place?
    Each machine will have it’s own ventilation requirements, if you’d like more information about the ventilation requirements for your chosen machine drop us an email at info@morningstarroasters.co.uk
