WARRANTY POLICY
As resellers we provide information supplied to us from each of the manufacturers separately. The warranties and guarantees are not held by us and are an agreement between the client and the manufacturer. Information and links to each manufacturers warranties can be found below.
GENE CAFE
Includes 12 months Back to Base Warranty - If the unit develops a fault during the Warranty period, it must be returned to us at your own cost. We will then repair the fault, and ship the unit back to you at our cost. Subject to the customers discretion, we can supply a replacement for the broken component for the customer to replace themselves at no cost to them.

Outside the Warranty period, you can return a faulty unit at your own cost, we will estimate the cost of repairs and return shipping, and upon payment will complete the work and return the unit back to you. Any claims under warranty are restricted to the machine itself.

AILLIO BULLET

NUCLEUS COFFEE TOOLS
After receiving your LINK roaster, it is important to activate your warranty. The standard warranty is valid from 12 months from the date of purchase, and covers all potential factory issues. After this period, all parts replacement, servicing and other issues are completed at the cost of the purchaser.
