Our ABC's of Roasting Course aims to provide new/novice roasters with the knowledge and experience to roast great tasting coffee straight away with the Aillio Bullet.
Throughout the course we will touch on the growing and harvesting of green coffee, their processing and the different types of processing as well as learning how to use this information to dictate roast profiles. You will also learn how to profile new coffees, analyse roast curves, taste and compare roasts via cupping and overall how to get the best from your roaster. Prior to your course we will arrange a quick call to see if we can better cater the course to your individual needs, discuss prior experience and what to bring to the course.

This is a 5 hour workshop for one person for £240 inc VAT and the courses will typically run on a Saturday at our unit in Amble, Northumberland. Alternative dates can be arranged, just get in touch!
